Welcome to SiamConsult family!

No — and truly, you don’t want to risk it.
Thai law is very clear: you can only work in Thailand if you hold a valid Non-Immigrant “B” Visa (and, in some special cases, a BOI-approved or SMART Visa).
All other visa types — such as Tourist, Education (ED), Retirement (O-A), Marriage (O), or Elite Visasdo not legally allow employment or business activity of any kind.

That means no freelance work, no online business management, and no “helping a friend” at their shop — even if unpaid. Immigration and Labor officers regularly check work sites, and penalties for violations can be severe: heavy fines, immediate deportation, or bans on re-entry.

At SiamConsult, our priority is to keep you safe, legal, and to understand the ball game. If you’re currently in Thailand on a different visa and want to work, we’ll help you convert your visa to the proper Non-B Visa step by step — preparing the company documents, employment letters, and Labor filings necessary for full compliance.

You’ll never face confusing paperwork or risky shortcuts.
We coordinate directly with the Ministry of Labor and Thai Immigration, making sure your transition to the correct visa is smooth, secure, and officially approved.

Because at SiamConsult, we don’t just file applications — we protect your future.

With over 16 years of experience and a genuine care for every client, we turn complicated rules into clear, predictable steps.

Your success should never depend on luck — it should depend on doing things right.

If your goal is to study, learn Thai, or another language, university, or cultural program, you’ll need an Education (ED) Visa — the visa that allows you to stay legally in Thailand while studying at a Ministry of Education–licensed institution.

At SiamConsult, we make this process smooth and transparent.
We coordinate directly with approved schools, ensure their documentation meets Immigration and MOE standards, and prepare your complete visa application — ready for approval.

Whether you’re improving your Thai or other language, studying Buddhism, Muay Thai, or meditation, or pursuing a degree, we make sure your school and visa match perfectly, so you can focus on learning and enjoying your time in Thailand. We also assist with 90-day reporting, visa extensions, and accommodation guidance near your school.

With SiamConsult’s care, clarity, and experience, your education visa becomes more than a formality — it becomes the first page of your new chapter in Thailand under the wings of SiamConsult.

Absolutely — and Thailand is one of the best places in the world to do so.
If you’re 50 years or older, you can apply for a Retirement Visa (Non-Immigrant O-A or O-X), which allows you to live long-term in Thailand with comfort and legal security.

At SiamConsult, we prepare everything: your financial proof, health insurance verification, and embassy documents — all in accordance with the latest Immigration regulations. We handle renewals, 90-day reports, and help you open a Thai bank account for your retirement funds.

Many of our clients who start with a retirement visa later decide to buy property, volunteer, or even start small projects here. We help you every step of the way.

At SiamConsult, we treat every retiree like family — because that’s exactly what you become.

Yes — Thailand welcomes families, and so do we.
If you’re married to a Thai citizen or wish to bring your spouse and children, we’ll help you obtain a Marriage Visa (Non-O) or Dependent Visa, both of which allow legal, long-term stays. If you hold a Non-B, LTR, or Elite Visa, we can align your family’s status with yours — so everyone stays connected under one timeline.

We prepare and translate marriage certificates, arrange embassy legalization, and file the necessary documents with Thai Immigration and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

At SiamConsult, we take care of the technical side so your family can enjoy the personal side.

Yes, in most cases you can convert a valid Tourist Visa into an ED Visa without leaving Thailand, as long as you are already enrolled in a Ministry of Education–licensed school.

Immigration will require your passport, enrollment documents, and supporting paperwork.

At SiamConsult, we handle the entire conversion process.

For business owners and investors, the Non-Immigrant “B” Visa or Investment Visa is the right choice. It allows you to manage your company, work legally, and even sponsor other foreigners for work permits.

Our corporate services cover everything — from company registration and tax setup, to licensing, accounting, and long-term visa management.

If your project qualifies for the BOI (Board of Investment) or SMART Visa, we prepare your application to enjoy faster approvals and special privileges such as work permit exemptions or family benefits.

You focus on building your business — we handle the structure, compliance, and legal foundation.

If you are already in Thailand, you may be eligible to convert your current visa — for example, from a Tourist Visa to a Business (Non-B), Education (ED), or Retirement (O-A/O-X) Visa — provided you meet Immigration requirements and your supporting documents are properly issued and certified.

This conversion allows you to continue your stay in Thailand without the need to leave the country, saving both time and travel expenses.

The general process takes:

  • 1–2 weeks for the relevant authority (such as the Ministry of Education or Ministry of Labor) to issue official approval or support letters; and

  • 1–2 weeks for Thai Immigration to process the visa conversion or grant your initial 90-day stay.

If you are applying from abroad, we can assist with every document, from invitation letters to company papers or school enrollment forms.
Thai embassies and consulates typically process visa applications within 2–5 working days once all supporting documents are ready.

At SiamConsult, we provide complete coordination and personal support:
We prepare every document, guide you through embassy or Immigration procedures, and liaise directly with authorities on your behalf. Whether your visa process is inside Thailand or requires a “visa run”, our team ensures it’s compliant, efficient, and understandable — always handled with the professionalism and care that define our service.

You relax…
We manage the paperwork, the timing, and the Thai bureaucracy.

Don’t worry — you’re not alone.
Visa renewals in Thailand can feel confusing at first, but to SiamConsult, they’re a well-rehearsed routine. We’ve guided hundreds of clients through this exact moment — calmly, correctly, and always on time.

The most important thing is not to wait until the last minute.
Contact us at least 30 days before your visa expires so we can prepare your renewal file and check that all your supporting documents — tax filings, social security, company records, or school approvals — are up to date and ready for Immigration review.

Our team handles everything:

  • We review your visa history and confirm eligibility for renewal.

  • We prepare and organize all updated company or personal papers.

  • We schedule your Immigration appointment and accompany you when required.

  • We track every step until your new visa is safely stamped.

If your situation is more urgent, don’t panic. We can still help.
Even when deadlines are close, our experience with Krabi, Phuket, and Southern Thailand Immigration offices allows us to find the safest and most professional solution. With our guidance, your extension becomes smooth, secure, and completely compliant with Thai law.

You focus on your life or business — we’ll handle the paperwork, timing, and follow-ups.

Absolutely — you can travel freely, but there’s one crucial detail many people overlook. If you plan to leave Thailand while your long-term visa (such as Non-B, Non-O, or ED) is still valid, you must first obtain a Re-Entry Permit. Without it, your visa will automatically cancel when you leave the country — and you’ll have to start all over again on your return. This can be done and paid for at the airport before leaving, but let us handle it to avoid unnecessary stress. Our team applies for your Re-Entry Permit directly at Immigration or the airport, depending on your travel schedule. We’ll advise whether you need a Single or Multiple Re-Entry — based on how often you plan to travel — so you never risk losing your visa status.

We also help you plan your timeline:

  • Before departure, we prepare all forms, copies, and payment slips, ensuring your file is complete and approved in one visit.

  • After your return, we double-check your entry stamp and next reporting date, keeping your visa and work permit perfectly aligned.

Whether it’s a short business trip or a well-deserved holiday abroad, you can travel with total peace of mind knowing your visa remains protected. We believe your visa should support your lifestyle — not restrict it.

That’s how we keep Thailand open for your work, your travel, and your dreams.

First — don’t panic.
It happens more often than you’d think, and it’s completely manageable when handled correctly. At SiamConsult, we’ve helped many clients in this exact situation — whether their passport was misplaced, stolen, or damaged. What matters is taking the right steps calmly and quickly.

Here’s what we do for you:

  1. Report and Replace – We accompany you to file an official report at the local police station, a requirement before any document reissuance.

  2. Coordinate with Your Embassy – We help you contact your embassy or consulate to issue a replacement passport or emergency travel document.

  3. Update Immigration and Labor Office – Once your new passport arrives, we handle all the necessary updates for your visa, work permit, and re-entry permits, ensuring everything matches your new passport details.

  4. Maintain Legal Continuity – We monitor every approval and re-stamping so your legal status in Thailand stays perfectly valid throughout the process.

You’ll never be left to deal with Thai offices alone.

Our multilingual team coordinates each step — in Thai and English — with empathy, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Your life should stay secure, supported, and worry-free — no matter what surprises come along the way. SiamConsult has your back!

The 90-Day Reporting is a legal requirement for foreigners staying in Thailand for long-term stays. Every 90 days, you must confirm your current residential address with Thai Immigration using form TM.47. It does not extend your visa; it’s simply an address confirmation to keep your immigration record up to date.

Who must report

  • Any non-Thai national who has stayed in Thailand for 90 consecutive days (counting from your last entry stamp or the date of your last 90-day report).

  • The 90-day clock resets each time you leave and re-enter Thailand.

When to report

  • Submit within the window: 15 days before to 7 days after your due date.

  • If you change address, notify Immigration separately (this does not replace the 90-day cycle).

How to report (no fee)

  • Online (TM.47 e-report) — available for many, but not all, cases.

  • In person at your local Immigration office (or by an authorized representative).

  • By mail (registered post with required copies) — allow extra time.

What you need

  • Passport (photo page, visa page, latest entry stamp & latest extension pages).

  • Completed TM.47 form.

  • Local address details and contact number.

  • If using a representative, a signed authorization and a copy of your passport.

Penalties for late/missed reports

  • Fines apply for late filing; repeated non-compliance can impact future services or applications.

We manage your 90-day report, prepare your TM.47, submit online or at Krabi Immigration on your behalf, and provide pickup/return service for your passport when required.

When your business updates its address, directors, shareholders, or company name, certain official records must be updated to ensure full compliance with Thai law.
At SiamConsult, we ensure everything remains in perfect order — quickly, correctly, and with care.

We coordinate updates across all authorities:

  • Department of Business Development (DBD) – for your company registration and address.

  • Ministry of Labor – to align your work permit records.

  • Thai Immigration – to maintain consistent and valid visa details.

Our team prepares, submits, and follows up on all paperwork.

If your visa has already expired — take a deep breath. You’re not the first, and you won’t be the last.
Overstaying can happen for many reasons: missed appointments, flight delays, or simple misunderstandings. What matters now is handling it properly and respectfully — and that’s exactly where SiamConsult steps in.

Under Thai law, overstaying your visa is a legal offense that may result in fines, warnings, or a temporary entry ban, depending on the number of days you have overstayed.
But with our guidance, the situation can be resolved calmly, correctly, and with dignity.

Here’s how we help you:

  1. Immediate Review – We assess your situation confidentially to determine the duration of your overstay and the available options.

  2. Legal Guidance – We clearly explain the process, including how to report or depart safely, thereby minimizing penalties and legal risks.

  3. Document Coordination – We prepare the forms, accompany you (if needed), and handle communication with Immigration officers.

  4. Future Planning – Once your record is cleared, we assist you in applying for the appropriate new visa or long-term solution to prevent future issues.

With SiamConsult, you’re never left standing alone in front of a counter or unsure of what to say. Our experience and respectful relationships with Immigration officers enable us to manage even the most delicate cases with calm professionalism and care.

Mistakes happen — what defines the outcome is how you recover from them.
Let us take the stress off your shoulders and make sure your record is restored correctly.

At SiamConsult, we don’t judge.
We solve.

It’s not that Thai officers want to make things difficult — it’s that in Thailand, paperwork is proof, and precision is a form of respect.
Every signature, stamp, and photocopy represents accountability. It’s part of how the Thai system maintains structure, trust, and fairness.

To many foreigners, it can feel excessive — dozens of copies, signed on every page, often in blue ink, with supporting papers in triplicate. But to Thai authorities, it’s the sign of a complete and reliable file. Our team understands the expectations and unwritten rules that come with Thai administration.

We know which pages need a stamp, which signatures must match, and how to prepare your file so that it passes smoothly through every counter and department.
We don’t just translate languages — we translate systems.

Before your appointment, we verify every detail — line by line — to make sure your documents are accurate, consistent, and beautifully presented. This is why our clients rarely face rejections or delays.

At SiamConsult, We take care of the fine print — perfectly, every time.

Because trust isn’t built in a day — it’s earned through years of reliability, transparency, and genuine care.

For over 16 years, SiamConsult Account & Law Co., Ltd. has guided expats, investors, and families through Thailand’s complex legal and visa systems with honesty, precision, and heart. We’ve become more than just a consultancy — we’ve become a bridge between cultures, connecting international understanding with Thai practicality.

Our clients trust us because we don’t speak in complicated legal terms — we explain things clearly, step by step, in a way that makes sense.
We anticipate what Immigration, the Labor Office, or the DBD will require — long before your file reaches the counter. And we always stay one step ahead, making sure you never face confusion, penalties, or wasted time.

When you work with SiamConsult, you’re not just hiring an agent — you’re gaining a partner who treats your goals as our own. We follow through on every detail, we respond when others delay, and we act with integrity — always.

That’s why so many expats across Krabi, Phuket, Ao Nang, Koh Lanta, Phi Phi, and Phang-Nga continue to renew their visas, work permits, and businesses with us year after year. They don’t just stay legal — they stay supported, understood, and at home.

You bring your dreams to Thailand — we make sure the law supports them every step of the way.
We care as your new Thai family!

Many travelers can now enjoy Thailand longer without a visa — thanks to the 60-day visa exemption program.
It’s not technically a “visa,” but a special entry privilege that allows citizens of 90+ countries to stay in Thailand up to 60 days for tourism or short visits — no prior application required.

This policy was introduced to make travel easier and more welcoming, especially for long-stay visitors and winter escapees.

  • Eligible travelers can enter Thailand visa-free for 60 days (by air, land, or sea, depending on nationality).

  • You can apply for a one-time 30-day extension at a local Immigration Office, bringing your total possible stay to 90 days.

  • To stay longer than that, you’ll need to convert your stay to a Non-Immigrant Visa (for example, Non-B for business, Non-O for family, or ED for study).

Important: Immigration approval is discretionary — meaning officers decide case by case. Having complete, professional documents always makes the process smoother.

While Thai Immigration generally requires the passport holder to appear in person for identity verification and a quick photo, SiamConsult prepares everything in advance and guides you through every step so your visit takes minutes, not hours.

Here’s how we make it effortless:

  1. Full Document Preparation – We pre-fill your TM.7 application, gather all required copies, attach your proof of address, and ensure all pages are signed correctly.

  2. Personal Coordination – We schedule your visit, communicate directly with the local Krabi Immigration Office (or nearby offices in Phuket or Phang-Nga), and accompany you on site.

  3. Professional Representation – In some provinces and special cases (such as family applications or health reasons), we may request authorization to submit the extension on your behalf, subject to Immigration discretion.

  4. Future Planning – We advise on your next steps — whether to convert to a long-term visa, exit and re-enter, or prepare company or school papers for your next stay.

At SiamConsult, we don’t just fill forms — we remove uncertainty.
Our deep local relationships with Immigration and Labor offices across Southern Thailand mean your file moves faster, smoother, and without misunderstandings.

We make sure your stay — whether 60 days or 6 years — is always legal, worry-free, and handled with heart.
You’ll never face confusion over paperwork, queues, or changing rules — we monitor every regulation so you don’t have to.

You enjoy Thailand. We handle the details.

Whether your dream is to run a business, retire by the sea, study Thai culture, or enjoy a peaceful lifestyle, SiamConsult is here to make that journey clear, compliant, and beautifully simple.

With over 16 years of professional experience in Thai law, accounting, and immigration, our team guides you through every step — from your first tourist entry to your long-term visa, work permit, and company registration.

We understand both the legal system and the lifestyle you’re aiming for — and we bridge the two seamlessly so you can feel at home in Thailand with complete peace of mind.

Here’s how we help you build your stay with confidence:

  1. Personalized Visa Planning – We assess your goals and recommend the right path — Business, Family, Education, Retirement, or BOI promotion.

  2. Full Legal & Document Support – We prepare, translate, and verify every paper, ensuring it meets the exact standards of Thai Immigration, the Ministry of Labor, and the DBD.

  3. Work Permit & Compliance Management – We take care of your renewals, 90-day reports, and Labour notifications so your file is always in perfect order.

  4. Business & Lifestyle Integration – We assist with property transfers, accounting setup, tax registration, and staff work permits — everything needed to make your life here sustainable and legal.

At SiamConsult, every client becomes part of our extended family. You won’t face the system alone. We speak the language of both Thai authorities and foreign clients — turning official processes into clear, predictable steps that make sense.

We guide with professionalism, protect your interests with integrity, and handle every detail with care — because your success and comfort are the accurate measure of ours.

Let’s make Thailand your long-term home — legally, peacefully, and confidently.
